Only complaint is that it doesn’t have right side 45o option. I use for cutting zinc came and it is a nuisance to have to turn the came over to get the opposite angle for mitered frame corners. And isn’t always accurate if I don’t get my markings exact. Please make one with angle cutting on both sides. It wouldn’t take up that much more room on a bench.

Just What I Needed!

As someone who recently took up leaded stained glass as a hobby, I was frustrated at not being able to neatly cut lead came at the needed angle. No matter what I used (chisel, nippers, lead came knife) it always was imperfect and often mangled. This mini miter cut-off saw enables me to cut precise angles and the cuts are perfectly smooth. Because my workbench is 36 inches high, it was hard for me to bend over to set the saw for making a cut. I solved this by mounting the saw on a sturdy 12-inch-high block of wood and it is now very easy to clamp a piece of came in place, adjust the angle and make the cut. It's an nice machine at an even nicer price.
