The supplied heating iron that was sent to me with the plastic welding kit was & still is of very poor quality ! The iron failed to work or to continue to heat up after the 1st use. I could not even believe that the good sized heating iron stopped working after it's first time in use..... Just unexceptable; what good is the welging kit without it's heating element (iron rod). The inner heating element completely melted away inside of it's outer protective plastic casing. I removed this aforementioned heating element from the iron and inspected it. It was and is very appearent that this iron sent to me was defective from the start, since it only heated up for one time. The 2nd time I went to plug the iron in it's green LED light would come on but the iron itself did not & will not heat up; Due to it being burnt out in it's connecting wires to the heating element inside the iron. So I can not utilize your product anymore. I am very frusterated by this and think I should recieve a replacement heating iron of the same specifications as the one that is defective (and no longer working from this defectiveness described in this review).

I ordered a deluxe plastic welding kit, paid for my order, received confirmation of purchase and an expected delivery date, But unfortunately I still haven't not received my order!!, sent an email to jounjip customer service about my situation but unfortunately I've not heard or had any response, if anyone reads this feedback please be careful about this company!!!
Very nice kit. Everything you need for small to moderate plastic repairs. Nice people to work with.
